Rental Property Roof Replacement In Burnside KY

The customer had this rental property and was in need to replace its roof. Despite not being very large, it has a very high pitch on its sides and most contractors did not want to do it. We have accessed what needed to be done designed a course of action and after the customer approved it, we had it completed within 2 days. The new shingles chosen were Owens Corning Duration Estate Gray and they are very resistant to algae build up. The before and after pictures illustrate well how much better the property looks now.
