Leaking Roof Leads To Damage

November 27, 2021

Homeowner contacted us with a major leak on his front porch area. After inspecting it we determined the issue was due to poor flashing on The Valley right above the porch. It was also noted that the gutters were undersized for that area and there were additional smaller issues coming up in other areas of the roof. We had the roof replaced completely with Owens Corning Duration Estate Grey as well as the entire gutter system around the house with brand new 6” gutters. The day after the completion of the roof replacement, the house was hit by a strong rain and it showed no leaks.
