Homeowner contacted us with issues with his roof, which was leaking in a few different areas. We have inspected it and noted these issues. Homeowner had decided to switch the roof from metal shingles to asphalt shingles. We have also removed an older asphalt shingle layer that was under the metal roof, replaced some bad portion of the wood decking with new wood, and added wood decking to the back slope of his roof that did not have one. On his yard, we have replaced the roof of his shed, also replacing some back decking and fascia boards on rakes and eaves. It was chosen Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black shingles which was great for his home white siding.
